DAMN! Ok so I got really personal with this episode y’all. I wanted to share with you what I’ve been going through and working on in my own healing journey. Normally when I’m on the podcast I’m talking about topics with a generalized tone because I believe that we’re all going through the same thing on different levels. This time rather than talk about a generalized topic I wanted to be specific about the work that I’m doing and how I put this healing work into practice.
