meet the heart behind InHer power

Hello!

My name is Kendal and I am the heart behind InHer Power. I am a writer, spiritual coach/mentor and multidimensional energy worker. I created InHer Power in 2017 to help women of color connect to their purpose, power and break generational patterns. I have over fifteen years of spiritual study and training with many spiritual teachers learning various energy and healing modalities such as reiki, polarity therapy, guided meditations, crystal healing, sound baths and movement work. Through intuitive coaching, meditations, energy work, workshops and storytelling, InHer Power is a space where inner work becomes embodied and practiced. I believe in the spiritual and energetic liberation of black and brown women and my work helps them to reconnect with their own power, intuition and purpose. This is a space for healing wounds, rewriting narratives, and remembering who you truly are.
