My healing journey has taken me along many different paths. Some of those paths I avoided for a long time because I didn't feel ready to tackle that particular aspect. Fear has been one of those aspects that I avoided.

Life is lifing, the work is working. It's all the same thing. How do you deal with everything when you are doing the work that you need to do in order to heal and the work is putting you through the ringer? There are a lot of different ways to be able to handle this rough patch and in this video I share with you some of what I'm doing to get through.

Ok so I must admit that this practice is one that I am still struggling with. I have come to the understanding that trust is an action word and if I am going to lean into or be in the practice of trust, I have to actually TRUST!
