Ok so I must admit that this practice is one that I am still struggling with. I have come to the understanding that trust is an action word and if I am going to lean into or be in the practice of trust, I have to actually TRUST! And that trust must come from me first before I can extend that to anyone else. So in this episode I talk about how trusting yourself can be the bridge/gateway to trusting others.

Love and safety are two sides of the same coin, but we don’t think that they are. In order to feel the fullness of love, we have to feel safe enough to allow ourselves to let love in.
