It’s been a minute since season one of I’m in Here but I’m back and I have so much that I want to share with you. In this first episode I’m talking about what I have been working on in my healing and spiritual journey during this podcast hiatus.

The crown chakra is the energy center of enlightenment. When we have reached the pinnacle of this chakra we are transcending this physical world and moving into the world of pure energy.

The Third Eye or Ajna chakra is all about spiritual awakening and enlightenment. In this episode I talk about the harms that can come from not working through each of your chakras (or at least doing some introductory energy/healing work) before you start to open up this chakra.

This is the energy center that is all about communication. And not just verbal communication but nonverbal as well as internal dialogue and communication with Spirit/God/Source/Energy

In this episode I talk about the Heart or Anahata chakra. While we know it pertains to love we may have a very limited view of love. In addition to talking about different types of love and relationships I also share some crystals that I believe are effective I healing this energy center.
