The crown chakra is the energy center of enlightenment. When we have reached the pinnacle of this chakra we are transcending this physical world and moving into the world of pure energy.

In this episode I talk about the Heart or Anahata chakra. While we know it pertains to love we may have a very limited view of love. In addition to talking about different types of love and relationships I also share some crystals that I believe are effective I healing this energy center.

How are you in relationship with your power? What does power mean to you? These are some good questions to start as we explore the Solar Plexus or Manipura chakra which is the seat or center of our power and confidence.

This is the first episode of the chakra system. I've been getting a lot of interest in these topics of our energy systems and wanting to learn more about them and how they affect our emotions as well as our physical bodies. So I figured why not talk about it!
