Ok so I must admit that this practice is one that I am still struggling with. I have come to the understanding that trust is an action word and if I am going to lean into or be in the practice of trust, I have to actually TRUST! And that trust must come from me first before I can extend that to anyone else. So in this episode I talk about how trusting yourself can be the bridge/gateway to trusting others.

Part of “the work” is getting to the root of the anxieties and patterns of pain and trauma to better understand how to address and heal them. A great deal of our safety strategies, behaviors and patterns were created when we were young, mostly between birth and ten.
